How is this going to benefit me and my property?

Scorpion Marine Track gives you the option to pin point the location of your craft anywhere at any time, with a few simple clicks. You will receive SMS alerts on your registered mobile phone of the crafts status.

What if the battery goes flat on the craft?

The system constantly checks the condition of your battery and if it drops below cranking voltage it will automatically send a text alert to the your mobile phone. The system will revert to its own in-built back up battery which lasts up to 90 days.

Can you have more than one asset protected?

Yes, once you have registered your first tracker you can add as many additional trackers as you like. Your user control panel displays all your assets which are registered to your account.

Can the device be moved from between assets?

Yes, the unit can be removed but if it is disturbed whilst in an armed state it will send a text alert. To avoid this, the system can be switched off via the ignition or remotely from your personal dash board on the Scorpion website.

How do I log in to my account?

Can you login in to your account via the user login button on the menu opposite. This will take you to www.scorpiontrack.com. Enter your user name and password as chosen during the registration process.

How do I edit or change my details?

After you have logged in to your control panel click on My account and then My details, this enables you to update your personal and secondary contact details.

How can I top-up my alert text messages?

Login to your user control panel, click on your dashboard and click on SMS top-up within the SMS message count section.

When does my tracking subscription expire?

Login as above and view your subscription expiry date on the welcome page.

How do I renew my subscription?

Login to your user control panel and select renew my subscriptions tab on the menu bar, then follow the instructions on screen.
